About
Relax Gaming have been showcasing their extensive range of online casino products since their founding in 2010. After already having been highly successful in the video slot development market, in 2015 they branched out and launched Relax Bingo.
In their own words, Relax Bingo is:
“A high-quality bingo product operating in a network model with a fantastic look and feel, an exciting loyalty programme and top-notch support for both desktop and mobile.”
The number of online bingo sites which the Relax Gaming bingo network is made up of consists of several well-known household names: Unibet, Bingo.com, Maria Bingo and BingohuOne.
Whilst the current selection of these may seem slightly diminutive, the reason they continue to attract a great number of players on a daily basis is down to the sheer quality of the product which Relax Gaming has provided.
Exciting gameplay, along with an engaging atmosphere, is available across four standard bingo rooms, which comprise of: regular 90 ball bingo, speed 90 ball bingo, 75 ball bingo and 5 line (75 ball) bingo.
In addition, Relax Bingo also caters for the bingo novice. There are dedicated rooms for beginners, so if you’re new to the thrilling world of bingo you can head to one of these rooms to familiarise yourself with the game.
Online bingo sites across the Relax Gaming network also allow you to purchase bingo tickets up to 7 days in advance. This is a great way to reserve your spot in future games if you prefer to limit your bingo play to specific times or days.
Relax Bingo Features
There are a number of special features at Relax Gaming bingo sites that aren’t available on any other platform, which are typically to do with fair play and transparency.
First and foremost, during each bingo game, the best performing ticket held by other players is displayed. The player’s name will be presented alongside their ticket showing 1TG (1 number to go) or 2TG (2 numbers to go) and which number(s) are required to win. This helps you to gauge how your bingo tickets are performing in comparison, so you can establish a sense of how likely you are to win.
Also, at the end of every game, a breakdown of the prizes which have been paid out is shown. This includes the total payout in pound sterling, but also the amount paid out in other currencies that have been used to purchase tickets, krona for Swedish players as an example.
The distribution of this information not only adds to the air of anticipation you will feel when playing any of the Relax Gaming bingo games but also ensures that each individual bingo game is operated fairly.
Bingo Games
As we’ve previously mentioned, there are multiple bingo options to choose from when playing at a Relax Gaming bingo site. The traditional 90 ball bingo is available, along with a speedier variant if you prefer your bingo action to be faster-paced.
There are also other rooms which utilise 75 ball gameplay in familiar formats, offering prizes for the first players to complete entire lines or mark off every number on their ticket to achieve a full house.
If you fancy a break from playing bingo, there are also a number of mini slot games that you can spend some time spinning away on.
Below, we’ll explain the individual differences between the various types of online bingo games that can be played on the Relax Gaming bingo network.
90 Ball Bingo
Even if you’re unfamiliar with bingo, you might have guessed that in this game there are 90 numbered balls. Each ticket that you purchase will feature a 9×3 grid with 15 numbers on them and the rest of the squares are blank.
As the numbers are called, if they appear on your ticket they will be marked off and prizes are awarded for the first player to complete: 1 line, 2 lines and eventually a full house. Even though there are more numbers involved, these bingo games are usually completed much faster than the 75 ball variants.
Speed 90 Ball Bingo
Make sure you’ve got your dabbers at the ready, as this is bingo gameplay which has gone into overdrive.
The same rules as regular 90 ball bingo apply here, the only difference is that the caller is firing the numbers out at an incredible pace. If you’re looking for a serene and calming game of bingo, this is not the place for you.
However, if you want breathtakingly fast bingo that awards wins in a matter of minutes, if not seconds, then head on over to the 90 ball speed room and see if you can keep up!
75 Ball Bingo
As the name of this game suggests, there are 75 numbered balls that could be called. Each individual ticket which you have purchased will show a 5×5 grid, with a number in each square apart from the centre spot. The centre spot is considered to be a free square and can be used to complete: rows, columns or diagonal lines.
There are a total of 5 prizes to be won when playing 75 ball bingo, one for each additional line, culminating with the full house. In this variant, the first winning line can be horizontal, diagonal or vertical, but subsequent winning lines must be horizontal.
75 Ball Variant Bingo
Similar to 75 ball bingo, but with a few key differences. The first of which is that these tickets are sold in strips of 3, where all 75 numbers are represented once per strip.
The other major difference is that instead of having a free square in the centre of the ticket, another number will be displayed, which you will have to mark off in order to create a winning line.
Again, there are 5 prizes up for grabs and the first winning line can be horizontal, diagonal or vertical. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th lines must be horizontal and the 5th prize is awarded for a full house.
Network Loyalty Programme
One of the cornerstones of Relax Gaming’s bingo software is their unique loyalty programme, which rewards you for playing in any of their bingo rooms or on any of the available mini-games.
Relax Gaming’s goal has always been to make you, the player, happy. By incorporating a generous loyalty programme into their bingo products, they have made great strides towards achieving this aim.
Although the specifics of this loyalty programme may slightly differ depending on which Relax Gaming bingo site you choose to play at, one constant remains at all of them. This is that all of the sites have a bingo voucher system as part of the player loyalty scheme.
Ultimately, a bingo voucher is a bonus that you can use to purchase tickets. What is unique about these vouchers, however, is that unlike at most other bingo sites, they will be used before anything else in your account, whether that be real cash or bonus funds.
The loyalty programme itself awards various prizes via a spin of the Loyalty Wheel, whenever you fill your Loyalty Meter. This meter, which is displayed in all bingo rooms, is filled by purchasing tickets and playing the range of games available throughout Relax’s bingo network. Each time it is full, you will receive a spin and will be awarded a guaranteed prize which could be: mini game free spins, game vouchers and even real cash!
If you’re lucky enough to hit an arrow on the outer wheel, you progress to the inner wheel where even bigger awards await. Once spinning on the inner wheel, if you hit another arrow you will win the jackpot cash prize!
Bet Limits
When it comes to playing bingo, the betting limits are determined by the individual ticket cost and the maximum amount of tickets you can buy.
The multiple bingo games that are part of the Relax Gaming bingo network each have varying ticket prices, which range from as little as €/£0.05 up to €/£1.
As an example, we shall use the ticket prices from one of the sites in the Relax Gaming bingo network: Unibet.
Game Name | Minimum Limit |
Grand Prix | €/£0.05 |
The Podium | €/£0.10 |
Fairway | €/£0.18 |
All Stars | €/£0.20 |
The Pitch | €/£0.50 |
The Arena | €/£1 |
What we should mention is that the names of these bingo games may be different at various bingo sites, but the respective ticket cost remains the same.
Maximum Win
The maximum win on any bingo game can relate to a number of things.
First of all, the overall prize pool for a bingo game is determined by the amount of tickets purchased by all players. The more tickets that have been bought, the larger the prize fund.
This amount is then split into individual prizes that relate to the available winning combinations on any given game – between 1 and 4 lines, plus a full house. If you’re exceptionally lucky and manage to be the first person to complete all of the lines then you will win the entire pot, which would classed as the maximum win possible.
Secondly, in most of the available bingo rooms, fixed or escalator jackpots can be won. All you have to do in order to be awarded one of these is to get a full house in a specified number of balls, or less.
Each room has a different sized jackpot (see below). Some of these are known as Community Jackpots – where a percentage of the jackpot is paid to the player(s) who trigger it, whilst the remaining percentage is distributed between all other players who have bought tickets in the winning bingo game.
Unibet Example
Room | Jackpot Value | Name | Bad Calls |
The Arena | €1,000
€50 – €500 |
Escalator
JP55-58 |
52+
55 or 58 bad calls or less. |
The Podium | £25 – £250 | JP53-56 | 53, 54, 55 or 56 bad calls or less. |
All Stars | £50 – £300 | JP56, 58 | 56 or 58 bad calls or less. |
Grand Slam | £350 | JP58 | 58 bad calls or less. |
Fairway | £50 – £100 | JP52 | 52 bad calls or less. |
Finally, there are progressive jackpots to consider. This is where you can potentially win some enormous cash prizes by completing a full house within a range of bad calls. These jackpots can reach the hundreds of thousands, so when considering the truly maximum win available, this is where you will find it!
Relax Gaming Bingo On Mobile
Just like everything associated with Relax Gaming, you can also enjoy the wide range of bingo products on mobile and tablet devices.
Whether or not the specific bingo sites which are part of the Relax Gaming bingo network have dedicated apps for mobile devices isn’t particularly an issue. These games have been developed using HTML5 technology, therefore devices using some of the most popular operating systems can readily access all of these products.
Xpert Review and Rating
Whilst the Relax Gaming bingo network isn’t the only one available on the market today, we believe it is currently one of your best options.
The variation in the different games all offer unique gameplay, along with an engaging atmosphere whilst you’re chatting away with your fellow roomies.
So whether you’re playing 90 ball or the 75 ball variants, chasing a line win, or are a single number away from hitting one of the life-changing progressive jackpots, you’ll be shouting come on caller, pull that number!
